Syndicate Bank has enabled the facility for sending “Non Financial transaction alerts” to Internet Banking Customers.

In the first phase, bank has started sending the SMS alerts for below transactions:
1. Login (Successful)
2. Login (Failure)
3. Online user creation
4. Forgot/Reset Password
5. Unlock user ID
All the Internet Banking customer of Syndicate Bank will now get the SMS alerts for all the failed login attempt or successful login. Customer will even get SMS alerts pertaining to Online User Creation, Forgot Password or Unlocking User ID.
