Fix the Canara Bank Mobile Banking Account validation error: Invalid account status on CANDI application – Follow the below steps to resolve the mobile banking registration problem for canara bank customers. 

Steps to resolve Invalid account status on CANDI application

  1. Kindly Login into CANDI Application
  2. Go to Profile option >> Tap on Deregister option >> Banking >> Tap on Continue >> Reconfirm for Application Deregistration >>Select Ok option.
  3. After Successful Deregistration kindly go for fresh registration in the app.
  4. Note: After Deregistration all the saved beneficiaries will be deleted from App and beneficiaries cannot be retrieved.
