Recent time was very tough for country and bankers specifically due to demonetization of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency by Reserve bank of India on consultation of Government of India. AS per the settlement of IBA and union of bank employees, there are provisions of paying overtime wages and salary to workman for extended time of work. There are certain guidelines and fixed rate on the basis of which payment are being made.
