11th BPS Updates – IBA Not Agreed on Wage Revision without Performance Linked Pay (PLP)

11th Bipartite Wage Revision for Public Sector Banks’ employee – Indian Bankers’ Association (IBA) is not agreed on settling the long pending wages for bank employees without performance linked pay structure.

In today’s meeting at mumbai, IBA had made it clear to Bankers’ Union UFBU and asked them to draft the salary structure based on Performance Linked Pay Structure (PLP). They also insisted to incorporate it to bankers’ charter of demand for 11th Bipartite also.

UFBU decided to meet on 11th Sept to deliberate on this and take a view. Aibea office bearers will meet on 10th Sept.
